   That’s correct, cjr53; Bush was quite correct on this. The average American is far too dumb to be part of the decision-making process and should be kept in the dark concerning national policy. Obama, opening up the transparency of governmental processes, is just asking for trouble. And the gridlock we are seeing. We’ve got to return a Republican majority in Congress in 2010 who can control the underclasses.
