Hey, if they haven’t done anything wrong, they shouldn’t be worried about a few friendly questions. That’s what I was told about the NSA’s invasion of our emails.

At least Holder hasn’t announced yet that he will cut off their heads or stone them to death. Oops, that’s what MUSLIMS do to their captives. Holder is just another jackbooted thug in the fascist Obama regime.

Boy are the Republicans going to have fun in 4 years. Picture Guiliani going after Obama. Continued renditions, continued Guantanamo, expansion in Afghanistan.

CIA as victim … wow, what will they come up with next?

GNW, ANandy, are you finally admitting that this was WRONG, and that the Bush Administration officially made us a nation that uses torture, then? Well done, there is hope for you yet.

Bob Gorrell’s use of the CIA as a torture victim is disturbing.

We are a nation of laws. We are not a cult of personality. Cheney, Bush, Rumsfeld, Yoo, Gonzalez, Rice, Tenet; Test these peoples’ actions against the constitution they were supposed to uphold. Nothing more, nothing less.

Remember, Cheney keeps saying that his job was to “defend the U.S.”. His job was actually to “defend the constitution of the U.S.”.

Laws, not personal policy. For all you righties’ insults to our current president, has he broken law after law? You are pretty selective when it comes to patriotism. You will look the other way as Bush/Cheney continue to wipe their butts on our constitution; it’s just an “exotic” president you won’t stand for. Sheesh.

Why is it that the Democrats never miss a chance to castrate the CIA?

Could it qualify as aiding and abetting the enemies of the US?

^ Could what the CIA did, Qualify as War Crimes ?

Maybe mass Graves, fill with starved, beaten and murdered people, is not too much !

Are Republicans aiding and abetting WAR CRIMINALS and MURDERERS ? yes !

I don’t get it. According to the War Crimes Act of 1996, Attorney General Holder would actually be in violation of the law if he did not investigate allegations of torture. It’s just as simple as that. The law must be obeyed.

petergrt, remember; laws are not for breaking. If they broke the law, that’s bad. Not castration. I think you just like to use that word.

“Are Republicans aiding and abetting WAR CRIMINALS and MURDERERS ? yes !”

    Who is the enemy here?

The Democrats often side with the enemies of the US.

George W. Bush and Dick Cheney used the U.S. military to start an illegal war. They lied to do this, they lied all the way thru it, they tortured and held prisoners in secret, they lied about nearly every aspect that didn’t profit them, and they both profited monetarily from the war they waged. War profiteering is a crime. Waterboarding is a war crime. GWB/Cheney are war criminals and murderers. So Peter, your statement is only correct if Dems stood with Bush/CheneyInc.

The enemy is not necessarily dark, bearded and wearing a turban, fool. “Eternal vigilance” is for naught if you look for enemies around the world while Bush tears your constitution up and snorts cocaine thru it.
