It would appear that I have come down with a nasty cold of some sort. Figures that I would get sick today, our first football game is tonight at 9:30. If I feel at all decent, I am going. I wouldn’t be sick if the so and sos would cover their bleeep mouths when they cough or sneeze!

Hey johnny take care of yourself and feel better soon. Do you have any Zicam? Unfortunately, they took the nose swabs off the market, they worked miracles, but the mouth spray or tablets work alright, just not as good as the swabs. It will cut your cold duration in half, and also cut down on the severity of the symptoms.

I don’t like taking medicine. Only if I absolutely have to. Plus, I feel better now that I have eaten something, and took a bit of a nap. What bugs me is that I have to miss all my classes so that I don’t infect anyone else.

johnny I don’t like to take medicine either, but I do take cold medicine. Zicam is zinc. Well then I wil offer another remedy, chicken broth with garlic, mushrooms, onions or whatever tossed in anything high in vitamins, or of course, good ole chicken soup, really works! For me anyway.
