Homemade wheat toast with my own plum jam or strawberry freezer jam and seville orange marmalade.
Fresh raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupe and honeydew.

Pasta, salad, brewskisr and lot’s of olive oil. And biking to work. Fitness is a no-brainer and the food’s great. A perfect breakfast is some Sumatran coffee and a baguette with bacon and a bit of garlic and pesto slather, It doesn’t take a a chunk of Italian cheese aabd a 10 mile ride. It doesn’t take L. Ron Hubbard, unless your just dying for a cult to believe in.
