Maybe a dwarven (‘cause of the ale ;-) godfather? Nope: too big. Well, there almost gotta be a connection there somewhere. Maybe just being near midnight and what comes out of my overly active imagination…

Mornin’ all and happy weekend! I’m hoping this means I’m back. Two days I’ve been able to see the comments and get in so I’m hoping… Do you know how hard it is to type with your fingers crossed???

Well, I know it’s only Saturday, but I’m celebrating so…Mimosas anyone? I also have some croissants with a variety of preserves if anyone’s interested. I didn’t see any coffee on the menu but I swear I could smell some brewing somewhere. I do have fresh juices and hot tea if you’d like. Plenty of ice if you’d prefer an iced tea.

Someone requested instrumentals and I think that’s a good idea while everyone’s chatting and catching up after a hectic week so here are a few I ran across in my library. Hopefully I’ll still be able to offer some variety throughout the weekend. Enjoy!

Morning all. Pancakes sound wonderful, but only 2 ‘cause I’m fixing to start lunch, which is the big meal on Saturdays here ‘cause I go to a gameing/beading/whatnot store to meet with some beaders on Saturday afternoon/evening. I’m making snowflakes like mad right now….gotta get ready for Christmas sales!

I hope everyone is doing better today, injuries/sickness healing, lives taking a better turn and just general goodness and blessings on everyone!

Morning all. Clouds are here for the first time in quite a while. I awoke to the sound of an announcer pumping all the participants up for a 50k endurance race that takes place on the lake today. Entrants from all over the country. Last year I watched some of the participants on the final leg. They were beat. We have lots of races here, shells, marathons, bike races, long distance swims, etc.

carmy - If I’m going to be infamous, there could be worse things than my coffee.

cleokaya - A couple of times a year there are races that run right in front of my house all day.
I’ve seen a few runners I wanted to offer a place to rest.

I was going to go back through the comments that were made during my time of invisibility, but I really hope to get out & get some things done. I’ve been picturing some of the trouble - err, I mean fun - y’all have been getting into so that will tide me through. I figured it was your coffee I smelled Doc but had no clue that was the source of the mushroom cloud.

I also want to thank everyone for the positive thoughts & energy you’ve been sharing through the tribal bank. I had to make the first withdrawal to help me through some cardio issues last week. Also, your prayers have been appreciated. I’ll keep you all in my thoughts. Off to rehab. See everyone around toonville!
