Things are looking up, it’s Tuesday already. ;-)
There’s fresh orange juice for Johnnyd, and a grand assortment of bagels for the rest of you. Enjoy!

Well, Wink certainly is stout, and he may be short compared to something, but Joan of Arc? I just don’t see it.
(What’s with all this breakfast chat? Careful or I’ll tell you about my bowl of Grape-Nuts.)

pschearer - The only way to explain is to invite you to read the last few weeks posts on this strip. You MAY understand after that - LOL.

Good morning. I don’t see any coffee brewing, but since doc mentioned tea was mentioned I’ll start the water boiling.
I hope everyone has a good Tuesday. Some people at work were talking about Tuesday’s being long or something. I just remembered a friend in high school came up with the theory that Tuesday’s are the worst day of the week. Ever since then, it’s hard to look forward to them. On the up side, tomorrow is Wednesday and the week is almost over.
Akenta said, 7 months ago
DocT, you’re on early (or is it late). Usually you come on with the new strip and then disappear by the time I wake up.

Good Morning! I’m not working today so I had time to fix some biscuits and gravy.
Akenta, if you didn’t see my answer yesterday, I live in Hall County. We’re almost neighbors!

hi donkeymom
We’ve got two new people here. Wonder how long they’ll stick around with our merry band?
Doctor Toon

Dry - The details probably aren’t as juicy as you hope.
My lady friend has a 21 year old daughter who is severely disabled. She can’t be left alone to take care of herself. Mostly on my nights off we either hang out at their house or they come to mine.
We really only get two real date nights a month. Grandma will take care of her those two nights, but she can’t handle much more than that.
We talk every night on the phone, she texts me at work on my breaks, and I do get to see her at least a couple times a week.
And every other Friday…..
Nope, you don’t get details about that -ROFLMAO

Doc, COFFEE, that’s what helps me get them off to school. Right now it’s 3 off and 1 to go. The last one is the one I got keep after. So it’s “HURRY UP, or you’ll be walking!”
I’m glad you had a nice time with your girlfriend. It’s great that she can get a break with some help from grandma. I’m sure she loves her daughter dearly, but breaks are very helpful for the both of them.

Doc Aw shucks! No details huh? :-(
I admire you for hanging in there with her. A lot of people would just walk away! I feel bad for her daughter. Sounds like her mom loves her very much!

Severe Wind Sends Chihuahua Flying Into Sky Don’t worry, the doggie is okay. This happened in Michigan. A 70 mph gust picked the dog right up. It was found safe (and very happy to be found thank you)nearly a mile away.

Good morning everyone. I caught a bug from my wife’s brother who was visiting us over the weekend. It kind of has the symptoms of food poisoning, but isn’t. And no the symptoms are a bit different than swine flu. I will pass on breakfast. Thanks.

Nah! It’s a line from an episode of “The Simpsons”.
Anyway, since my family steals EVERYTHING I make to bring here for breakfast, I am making dinner for all you all!!! Or as we say where I come from, you’s guys! Steak pizziola is on the menu for this evening, with angel hair pasta, garlic bread, and some Chianti (no fava beans). I also have lots of cannoli for dessert. I can’t thank you all enough for all these wonderful breakfasts!!!

G’day folks, It’s thundering and raining here in Houston. I was just reminded by JFri that I had been a No-Show over here lately and just wanted to remind all that it wasn’t intentional and didn’t mean to offend by my absense. I get on at little intervals but not enough to stay on for any length of time. This little community is comming along quite well and it’s fun and refreshing to see the commaderie and cheer everyone brings to each other. I may not always have something to say, but I do “peek-in” occasionally.
.
An’ keep tha’ Scurvy pirate in line or grog will be rationed to th’ bilge-rat. XD

Digital Frog - Most of my comments are junk food, but they’re fun to make.
pookid - That will be breakfast for me, sounds good.
Dry - All I have running through my veins is Norwegian blood, but it seems to be running pretty well.
Rad - Nice to hear from you. We’re pretty informal so you know you’re always welcome.

To Dry…..nope….not a drop. Pure Spanish blood. Dad’s from the north, Astudias (blond hair, blue eyes), Mom’s from the south, Andalusia, (dark hair, dark eyes). Mom was actually born in Spanish Morrocco and she was a flamenco dancer. OLÉ!
