Back in the day…before cellphones became common, there was CB radio. Still exists today, used mostly by truck drivers. 10-4 means I heard what you said, and understand, 10-4? There are several others, 10-20, or 20 for short, is location, as in, what’s your 20?

The above being said, i think he blew it already. She is probably wondering what 10-4 means. It would seem to mean he aint getting anywhere near her “20”. Maybe Mr. Craig has more insight than I gave him credit for.
