All these electronic memory aides are making us brain-dead. No need to remember anything. . . :P

Yep, it’ll be a total revolution, just like when literacy came along and we could write stuff down.

I’m back in school, so I have no choice but to remember. After breakfast I have to finish cramming Islam, Judaism and some things I forgot about Christianity into my head for a final at 8am Thurs morning.

I think the major problem is that when you get older is not how much you have forgotten but how much more information you have stored in your brain that has be sorted through before can recall a bit of information.
I, myself, have found that it sometimes takes days for me to recall some things that I recall almost instantly in earlier years. The thing is that I do recall the information. I have just learned not to blurt out the answer, lest I let people know just how crazy I am.
