Yeah, and if you wanted a real healthy diet you’d do the (all) ice cream diet!

Dairy, protein, fat and sugar comes from vegetables.

That’s like saying oxygen comes from dirt because that’s what the trees live in. False argument.

Not at all. david_42 said dairy comes from vegetables, presumably on the basis that cows eat grass, then add enzymes and other stuff to turn it into milk, producing dairy products.
    .
I’m saying that trees take nutrients from dirt, convert the energy into other chemicals and use it to make oxygen, therefore oxygen comes from dirt.
    .
Same logic path, but completely wrong nonetheless.

Actually a wheat free diet benefits those who suffer from celiac disease, and autoimmune disease exacerbated by gliadin, a protein found in wheat(prolamin), a gluten protein. When the body is exposed to three peptides contained in gluten, in idividuals with sprue, an immune response occurs that cross reacts with tissues in the small intestine resulting in inflammation.

There is nothing wrong with wheat unless you happen to be allergic. It is overdoing any food group that causes problems.

Don’t know about quackery in golf; but there’s no crying in baseball.

Using energy and nutrients from dirt. It’s not magic. You are missing the point of the argument regardless.
