Refusing to eat liver because of the cruelty of foie gras doesn’t work either.

Sorry to disagree, pcolli, but Celiac Disease is not made-up. It’s an autoimmune disease that causes extremely serious physical problems that people can die from. My husband has it. And his Dad died from it.

She never mentioned Coeliac Disease. You won’t find Crust Intolerance in any medical book.

Take it easy. She ate the rest of the sandwich. It’s a joke. And Celiac Disease isn’t an allergy, so pcolli isn’t talking about that anyway.

For those with a true medical issue Gluten Free is a necessity, for all too many people it is an overpriced fad

I work in the grocery business and I’m stunned at all the new products coming out touting themselves as Gluten Free, and even more stunned at the prices

Believe me the marketing geniuses aren’t bringing out all these products for the relative minority of people who truly need them, their interest is solely in cashing in on gullibility with the latest “health craze”
