Tired of "politically correct?" Want an editorial cartoon that is quick to call out the bumblings of U.S. politics and cuts slack to no one? Pulitzer-Prize winner Ben Sargent is paying attention and making Washington have second thoughts about that little thing called the First Amendment.

What are different people’s definitions of “landslide”?
For me its about an 80/20 split which I never thought was an option. If you think 53/47 qualifies …I agree to disagree with you.

Before the election it was the Republicans that were using the ELECTORAL vote in thier forecast. And they sure used it when it got the Twig elected.

Well, to the Republicans, a 50.5% to 49.5% Electoral College win, and a LOSS of the Popular Vote Qualifies as having a “Mandate” if you are a Republican, but a 53% to 47% E.C., and WINNING the popular vote is a “Squeaker” if you are a Democrat.
Can you say "Double Standard!? Sure…I knew you could…

Can we dare to hope that Rove has lost his lustre? Perhaps we can move away from “divide and fail” and into “unite and triumph.” Even if your guy lost, you still have skin in the game. If you have the better mousetrap, even your ideological opposites will have to notice.

Well, what really happened was that the neo-cons spewed fear. they drenched the campaign with racism and the fear of the poor taking everything from the trembling rich. Showing they learned nothing, they spewed it again at the end as their man was carried off to oblivion.
Had they studied other elections, like Shrub’s reelection, they’d have noticed that a fearful populace will inevitably keep with the status quo. So we are the same as we were before the election largely from their efforts and from the fact most minorities knew what the Mormon church and the Republicans thought of them. Something Billy O repeated in his infamous “want things” diatribe.
All the money in the world can’t buy an election from folks you’ve constantly insulted.

The win by a margin of 126 electoral votes is a landslide.

It is not just Rove, there are a lot of Republican people involved in their party of “no”
