Tired of "politically correct?" Want an editorial cartoon that is quick to call out the bumblings of U.S. politics and cuts slack to no one? Pulitzer-Prize winner Ben Sargent is paying attention and making Washington have second thoughts about that little thing called the First Amendment.

Rick Perry on the conference call where he calls on “Christian Soldiers” to understand that Satan is responsible for the Constitutional separation of Church and State.

You’re welcome.

This guy is the sort of thing that America needs in the post Milennial era. America looks at the superstition that a date on the calandar brought us.

We’re over it!

Such a great state, and we have such morons as politicians. Nothing like listening to my neighbors screaming about the government all the while they want to go watch F1 racing, Perry’s $250 million taxpayer boondoggle.

Yes, we have idiots for leaders here in Texas…but remember who elected them.

For a few moments Perry was the Repuublican’s favored candidate, after Bachmann and before Gingrich. All while Mitt was in the running.

onguard said"Texas has created more jobs…" Many of those jobs were created and dependent on the economic stimulus funding provided by President Obama.

No, he’s just a Republican – half true is a bit closer to reality than they usually like but they’ll try it if the have to.

Texas would scare me more if it weren’t for my visit to Austin. Music, bats, art, and wonderful people made my visit there magical. Not all Texans are Church AND State rich people seeking to create the Indendent Nation of Texas. But the money does seem to back the ultraconservatives and dominate the elections. Besides…if Texas DID secede from the USA as Perry once suggested, who would Houston and Dallas play football against? Eighteen weeks of playing each other? Very sad.

First of all: thanks for the link. Secondly: Oh. My. God!!! He sounds like a character in “The Simpsons” or SNL. Wasn’t he the guy who wanted Texas to secede from the union? Fits…

Why did Obama’s stimulus did not work in states controlled by Dem Libs??
