this republican court of “strict constructionists” gives corporations more rights than we the people, (like the constitution addresses corporations at all) and allows strip searches for bad arrests.

how much worse can it get?

i guess the mitt santorum ticket………….

Please say it isn’t so! (Or “It shouldn’t be so!”) we don’t need another “Repugantican ticket” to keep messing things up for us

Oh, come on! Arizona is just trying to enforce the federal laws .I think any state has a right to protect its borders. The feds sure aren’t

the Mexicans are staying home, and going home in droves. They know this is not the land of opportunity anymore.
So either they don’t want to live in a country who incarcerates a bigger percentage of it’s citizens by far than any other nation. Or they just don’t want to live in a country which can strip search Anyone! for anythings.
Mexicans are a lot smarter than people give them credit, they know our constitution is not binding anymore.

Left Arizona 33 years ago, partly because it was becoming “Michigan south”, and the newcomers were radical anti-tax, anti-growth, and anti-Constitution. Even the gila monsters want to leave now.

Yeah, those illegal Mexicans are very concerned about our Constitution and the rule of law. And Mexico is a paradise…..for the drug dealers.

I know what to do. Send every bleeding heart liberal down to the border to TALK the illegals into feeling guilty about crossing the border.

Why is anybody assuming that these “Brown Boys” are immigrants, legal or otherwise? The use of “our Supreme Court” seems to indicate that these are U.S. citizens, “brownness” notwithstanding.

Even the Libs on the SCOUS beat up on Obama’s lawyer during arguments on the AZ law. Obama’s lawyer testified there was no Racism under the AZ law……Obama’s suit is going Downnnnn.

This reactionary court is a disgrace. Thanks to them, the country is in a downward spiral.

“I think any state has a right to protect its borders. The feds sure aren’t”

Why do you fools continue to say and believe that… when this administration has deported far far more illegal immigrants that any administration before, and has enacted some of the strictest laws?? So why do you all keep saying the Feds aren’t doing their jobs? Can you explain that to me?

A fair question, and here’s your fair answer. Number of suspected illegals: 12 to 20 million. Number deported in 2011: 400,000. In other words: BFD.

Remember, the taxocrat party hasn’t given up on AMNESTY for these potential and already-illegally-voting taxocrat voters.
