this republican court of “strict constructionists” gives corporations more rights than we the people, (like the constitution addresses corporations at all) and allows strip searches for bad arrests.

how much worse can it get?

i guess the mitt santorum ticket………….

the Mexicans are staying home, and going home in droves. They know this is not the land of opportunity anymore.
So either they don’t want to live in a country who incarcerates a bigger percentage of it’s citizens by far than any other nation. Or they just don’t want to live in a country which can strip search Anyone! for anythings.
Mexicans are a lot smarter than people give them credit, they know our constitution is not binding anymore.

Left Arizona 33 years ago, partly because it was becoming “Michigan south”, and the newcomers were radical anti-tax, anti-growth, and anti-Constitution. Even the gila monsters want to leave now.

Why is anybody assuming that these “Brown Boys” are immigrants, legal or otherwise? The use of “our Supreme Court” seems to indicate that these are U.S. citizens, “brownness” notwithstanding.

This reactionary court is a disgrace. Thanks to them, the country is in a downward spiral.

Hopefully, after the searches are completed, they will be given dry clothes, a book on learning English and how to conduct themselves as an American and about obeying the laws of the U.S.—should they still want to try and become a real American legally.

Again, I believe the point is that they ARE here legally. They are U.S. citizens, but according to “our Supreme Court” they can be racially profiled. Having been racially profiled, according to “our Supreme Court” they can be strip-searched.

“Yeah, those illegal Mexicans are very concerned about our Constitution and the rule of law. And Mexico is a paradise…..for the drug dealers.”
    -——————————————
It looks as if I missed that reference in Wabbit’s post. On the other hand, perhaps you’ve totally misconstrued his message for your own purposes – as you’ve been wont to do with others’ posts many times in the past. First and foremost, there was no mention at all in his post of “illegal” Mexicans. Apparently, you think it added to your argument. WRONG! Having lived in Mexico for the past five-and-a-half years, I can vouch for the accuracy of what Wabbit posted. The economy of the U.S. is the driving force behind many Mexicans’ return to South of the
Border. It has nothing at all to do with the “Constitution and the rule of law.” And – as and aside – I must say that for many U.S. (and Canadian) retirees, Mexico is indeed a “paradise.” You shouldn’t involve yourself in discussions about which you have no inkling of an idea.

“Remember, the taxocrat party hasn’t given up on AMNESTY for these potential and already-illegally-voting taxocrat voters.”
    -——————————————
I challenged you on another thread to provide some kind of evidence that supports your assertion that “illegals” are voting in U.S. elections. Strangely, you disappeared from that thread without further comment. So I must reassert my challenge on this occasion and ask you to post ANY support that you might have at hand for this outrageous contention. I (for one) would be willing to assimilate this information into my database for future reference.
