It’s not the fault of unions, it’s poor management and business planning. If only more employees in this country could be in unions.

Agreed. It wasn’t the UAW that decided to start pushing the new Hummer at a time like this.
And by the way, contrary to populer right-wing opinion, unions work by negotiation, not EXTORTION.

Have you ever dealt with one from the business side.. Their line is: give in or we shut you down and the other unions will feed us while your business goes south.
