Water exercises are excellent for the core too. Significant change in my back pain for the better when I strengthened my core.

My dad used to have a bad back when he was young. He said it was unbearable. No back problems now, at a very old age yet. Why? He eats dairy products like milk, an egg, and yogurt every day for years. I think that Colin Kaepernick, QB of the 49ers is strong from dairy products as a kid. His adoptive dad is a dairy company manager.
