This reminds me. My aunt is getting back surgery now to fuse the spine. By the way if anyone is interested, (and my aunt sure wasn’t), if you eat a lot of dairy products every day like milk, cottage cheese, yogurt, the ol’ spine and bones will build up strength over time.

Dr. Oz says there is nothing wrong with fat, as long as it’s olive oil or something like that. Milk, cottage cheese and yogurt are low fat foods. It’s the meat fats that are dangerous, like beef and pork fats and especially trans fats from processed foods and fats from processed meats. According to Dr. Oz.
