I need something like that for my dog. However, he would probably figure a way around it in a short period of time. My dog is too smart for his own good.

I don’t fully understand. Is max sad because he’s getting hurt, or just because he can’t get to the candy?

lol. This reminds me of an Easter at my parent’s house. The children were in another room when all of a suddent there was a terrible scream. We adults rushed into the next room where we found my five year-old nephew standing up and hollding his easter basket in one hand and wailing at the top of his lungs. Reason? The family dog had her nose buried in his basket and was devouring all the candy!

My dog ate a chunk of my 11th birthday cake. I’m 48 and still haven’t forgiven her.
Why didn’t we have that kind of defensive striking ability when I needed it!!!!
