Thanks Mr. Dougherty, Mr. Gandolfini was a very good actor and he will be missed!

As TV series ending scenes go, ‘Newhart’ still had the best.

A great actor. He was too young to go.
    Terrific tribute.

Well, one must appreciate how timely a cartoon this is.
Nice reference, too. An interesting but frustrating end to an amazing series.
And Simpsonfan2, I agree with you re: “Newhart.” Brilliant.

You mean when he woke up and realized that he was married to Marcia Wallace, not Suzanne Pleshette?

Nice. He’s one we won’t fuggedabout.

You got it backward. Suzanne Pleshette was his wife from the original Bob Newhart show. She was there when he woke up.

Thanks for this most appropriate tribute. We miss Mr. Gandolfini, but whadyagonnado?

Most excellent tribute – very clever. I am watching a tribute to him on Good Morning America right now. Special person.

Yes the “Newhart” ending was briiliant!

Barry, Ubik’s answer was a joke! Marcia Wallace played the less-than-beautiful receptionist in Newhart’s office in the first series. Waking up next to her instead of “Emily” would have been funny!
