I’m confident they could take your property if you CAN pay them. Bank of America has been known to foreclose on properties of people who have no dealings with them.

I am going through my credit union to get my loan. Never ever did I think I would be doing this at my age.

We re-financed to get AWAY from Bank of America. We went through a small local bank (broker) who dealt with a mid-sized also local mortgage company. Better rate, but mostly we just wanted to get away from the “own the world” megabanks.
Before we even made our first payment we got a letter saying that our loan had been purchased by Wells Fargo.

But he’s a good cartoonist. The bank should consider that. They might even become fans.

Some banks in Florida will pay you to stay in your home before they take it back. Except for Wells Fargo those #$%

Too bad our govt and president were too Conservative to lay down the law on those huge banks (they are larger now) and set us up for another 2008 fall. In Iceland they took over the banks temporarily and prosecuted the bank owners and managers—- put them in prison. Now the banks are in better shape and under control, not in the corrupt USA.

You can have mine, Potentilla. I see no point in arguing about an election I’m not involved in.
