Being a chiropractor is not all that it’s cracked up to be.

The first 2 panels are funnier than the rest of the strip. LOLZ

I think that’s how they refer to each other in America.
“Gotta light mac? No, just a dark overcoat.”

I didn’t mean anything… it was just a lead-in to my overcoat joke… I’ve no idea who John Turturro is… I’ve never seen or heard of the film ‘Mac’… Sorry!

I would have thought that he would have said “Thanks Doc.”
However, I do remember the old line from movies and such “Ya gotta light Mac?”

It’s a good thing he didn’t run into Fat Broad or he wouldn’t have to worry about eating anything anymore.

I know the comic strips are flights of fantasy but since snakes are invertebrates, it doesn’t seem to make much sense that a snake would be visiting a chiropractor.

I thought he was being mean to the poor snake right up to the final panel.

Snakes certainly are vertebrates. They have really nice backbones, just not so nice legs and arms.

Could be he’s Mac the Knife because he is pretty sharp with the whipper snapper thing.
