    Is the second panel a misprint for “grapes”? Or did I miss some joke? How does one stock up on grape?

    Why did Mrs. Grape leave the family?
    Because she was tired of raisin kids.

    @Hunter7 (from yesterday)

    In NH there is a small pottery company called “You’re Fired”, where you can make your own pottery. Trump found out and sued. The small company won!

    K.C. there are any number of small pottery stores around the country called “You’re Fired.” Several raised a stink back when Trump tried to copyright the phrase. Plus the patent attorneys rejected his claim because it was too similar to “You’re Hired”, an educational board game, whose creator held that copyright!

    Thanks for a lead on a story of one time The Donald lost. It’s nice to know that he can’t always get what he wants.

    “Give ’em a whiff of grape!”
    (An old military incitation to shoot grapeshot at the enemy. It was a cannon load that basically turned the cannon into a huge shotgun!)

    Don’t you mean she was “plum tired”?
