Well, at least one of them is a good pitcher. He got a strike.

Never understood how a person can know the baseball scores for 20 years but not know what happened in the news the day before.

Baseball: something to occupy time in the summer when the NHL is over and the NFL has yet to begin.

Maybe because people are sick of hearing about all the crime, the gun debate, afghanistan, mexico, guns in our schools, north korea, missing rich kids, murders etc..

Dear Neb and John, those of us who commemorate July 2, 1963 as the greatest day in American history, yet who ignore meaningless drivel such as the latest machinations of the crazy leftists who would control our lives, have a better appreciation of the truly important than those who watch MSNBC.

@jbmlaw – I looked up “July 2, 1963” and saw there was a baseball game that day … Braves vs Giants … so what was so special about it? 1 – 0, won in the 16th inning in overtime … OK … guess I don’t see the significance, oh well.
