    Ben Franklin was an incredible man, possibly not quite right in the head if judged by todays’ standards, but quite the mover and shaker in his day. I don’t know if he ever said it, but his motto should have been ‘carpe diem!’

    I don’t know… It seems that everyone wants to be healthy, wealthy and wise. So if all it takes is to go to bed and get up early, that’s a small price to pay.
    I’ve done the “get little sleep” thing and it’s not as fun as it seems.
