    In Philadelphia, the only one associated with that song is the beloved, late, great Hall of Fame voice of the Phillies, Harry Kalas, who made “High Hopes” his own anthem.

    The joke is in the lyrics that precede the chorus we see:

    Just what makes that little old ant
    Think he’ll move that rubber tree plant
    Anyone knows an ant, can’t
    Move a rubber tree plant

    The cartoon does not make sense if you do not know these lyrics.
