When I was 30 my mother found a grey hair on my head (actually, her sister did), and she told me that “you now have to color your hair”. I told her that I didn’t “have” to do anything, and quoted Proverbs 16:31 to her. Almost 20 years later and I still don’t color my hair.

ROFL – that’s my story and I’m sticking to it ;-)

When my younger brother first starting to come in grey I asked him how he felt about it. His response; I’ve just got very shiny hair! ;-)

That’s the advantage of being blond. We go silver (not gray) so gradually and so subtly that it’s years before anyone notices. At nearly 52, I myself have just a bit of gray at the sideburns, but that’s about it — and my salt-and-pepper boyfriend hates me for it!

And BC, the salt-and-pepper look is considered very hot for mature men these days, so tell Curls to shut his syntax chasm!

I took care of the hair coloring dilemma by losing my hair! Pure bliss.
