    Not unless there is a return path … HV electrical workers regularly work on 250KV to 500KV lines after ‘bonding’ themselves to equalize electrical potential. Now, if their foot slips, and it touches, say, the tower, well, let’s just say they wouldn’t know what hit them.

    Winds are usually gustier and more turbulent at lower altitudes – that is why wind turbines must be built so high!
