   In Colorado all Jack needs is a MMJ licence and he’s good to go
   

   
   His only problem may be finding a Dispensary in his area
   

   
   Colorado left it up to each community to decide how to regulate
   

   
   One city may ban the dispensaries outright, another may limit the number of them and their locations, while yet another may encourage the dispensaries because they generate quite a bit of tax income

   If we had legislatures with the ability to think this innocuous herb would be removed from the banned drug schedule. The weed itself is not the problem, the money generated by the fact that its illegal is the only problem.

   Legalizing Pot will create far more problems than we have today with the crap. Governments will tax the heck out of it and regulate it worse than tobacco or alcohol. Organized crime will laugh all the way to the bank leaving a trail of bodies behind from the violence they create.

    Pot has been used medicinally since furs were the only source of clothing. Making it illegal was one of the early 1% money grabs.(1937, after Anslinger lied to Congress, at WR Hearst’s request.)
