First rule: Don’t show ‘em your teeth…it means my teeth are bigger than your teeth!
Second rule: If you’re going to show ‘em your teeth make sure they are actually bigger!
Third rule: Don’t forget the first two rules!

Cesar Millan is called “the Dog Whisperer.”

One time I was watching a “Ranching Cowboy” reality TV show on the Country Music Television cable channel.

It took place on a real ranch and real cowboys were teaching non-cowboy types how to be cowboys.

One of the contestants was not a cowboy; but, he was a modern day horse trainer.

When it came time for the participants to break a horse to ride, the horse trainer didn’t do it the old historical cowboy way.

He used his “horse whisperer” method and he didn’t have to ride a bucking bronc like the others did. He got the horse assigned to him to easily accept the bridle and the saddle. And, when he got on the horse and rode, the horse acted like it had been broken in for quite some time.

The cowboy who was the host of the show and the cowboys judging the performance were somewhat upset because he didn’t do it “the cowboy way.”
