    My dog only throws up at night. My wife has poorer hearing than I and since our dog has thrown up on our hardwood floor, I feel compelled to get up and clean up immediately before the stain is ruined. My wife has been doing a good job of feigning poor hearing for years. One could almost believe it were true.
