Barney -- J. Barnard Pillsbury -- is the billionaire founder and CEO of Pillsbury Pharmaceuticals. Barney thinks he has it all: power, wealth, a pampered existence with a statuesque trophy wife – until he meets Clyde Finster, an intelligent, entertaining (and possibly crazy) street person. Clyde's satisfaction with his circumstance surprises and confounds Barney, whose success in life has been hard-fought and won. For Clyde, Barney's acceptance is validation of a life lived without compromise.

Stepmother wants to play a more active part in Cynthia’s life.

Sounds like she already knows more than she should if she knew how he would react. ;-)

Trophy wife is certainly pubertized.

It looks like partial acceptance on the step-mother has happened. At least it has in the area of women vs men.

Lucretia and Cynthia have been getting along quite well lately. Cynthia’s last visit with her bio-Mom was kind of eye-opening, if I recall.

With so much information at her fingertips, Cynthia has an inquiring mind too. I read a great deal about sex, puberty etc before the awkward “talk” from my mother.
