Barney -- J. Barnard Pillsbury -- is the billionaire founder and CEO of Pillsbury Pharmaceuticals. Barney thinks he has it all: power, wealth, a pampered existence with a statuesque trophy wife – until he meets Clyde Finster, an intelligent, entertaining (and possibly crazy) street person. Clyde's satisfaction with his circumstance surprises and confounds Barney, whose success in life has been hard-fought and won. For Clyde, Barney's acceptance is validation of a life lived without compromise.

Yes. That’s what he married her for.
To have more children.

If they do, that kid will never go hungry. See, because being a billionaire, Barney could buy a babyfood company if he wanted to. What did you THINK I meant?

Immediatly after reading “Barney & CLyde” I segue into reading “Calvin & Hobbes” and begin to wonder: If they have a baby, will he (if it’s a boy) be like Calvin?

I’m still willing to try to make a baby
True my wife can no longer conceive, but that doesn’t mean that I’m not still willing to try for all I’m worth

If they have a girl it could be like Agnes or Maria.

Of course the richer you are the more you consume, and waste produced.

So, if you’re willing to conceive a baby without your wife, what ARE you worth… hmmm?
Yuck.

@Bailey
You misunderstand
I’m willing to try to make a baby with my wife any time
Just because we can’t produce one doesn’t mean we don’t like to do what it takes to make one

Sorry… I didn’t understand.
My apologies. And I agree with your last sentiment, too! (I was going to say, “I’m with you on that”, but that sounds too much like a three-way…!)
