As long as his ship isn’t the Vasa.

He heard a rumor that I was hiring hands for my galleon The Irish Rover. But Morty’s naval experience consists of bathtubs and kiddie pools.

The Vasa never made it as far as the sea though.

Morty was turned down by the Navy, Coast Guard and the Sea Scouts. This is it for him. Go down to the Tiki, Morty and hang out with Lingquist, that is as close as you’re going to get.

Linguist, not Lingquist unless Lingquist is there too. Hey I got a D in typing in High School, couple that with a slight case of Halfheimers and there you go.

Indeed it is.. Although, why don’t you help out Morty to bring out the kiddie pool to establish such enthusiasm..?

Lingquist is my ship’s saw bones. Doc.. Lingquist specializes in those exotic diseases contracted by real sailors. Wink, wink, nudge, nudge…

Ah, I knew I heard that name somewhere. Faraway places with strange sounding names, and odd ailments, eh?

“I must go down to the seas again, to the lonely sea and the sky,
And all I ask is a tall drink…
and a straw to sip it by,

And the wheel’s kick and the wind’s song and the white sail’s shaking,
Are all a dream… in the Tiki bar…
    and say, what’s Susan baking?"

Ballard Street is a dreamy place….
where people can build pillars and forts, and fly around with propeller chairs….
and let their minds wander over the high seas, or the high mountains…
and then go home to dinner.

    I love it here!

    Morty is daydreaming …
    Yo no soy marinero
    Soy capitan

Does this song make you want to dance, X?

It always does that to me.

Before you go Morty, you’d better swap the deck (floor) in the galley (kitchen).
