Where has Gary been taking Luthor for his grooming? It’s deja voo all over again with the part white, part blue hair. No wonder Luthor is ticked at Gary. He’s embarrased as heck.

My Mom was one of the original " blue haired " ladies ( she and her sister were prematurely grey in their late teens ) and if I’m not mistaken, that weekly perm was a Toni.
In her later years, she stopped blueing her hair and went to a sort of off-peach color.

Sorry I can’t hang out at the salon tomorrow. Gonna go to visit our daughter for a belated Turkey Day. But thanks for the petti today. The wavy line magnet you used on the magnetic green polish made my nails look like watermelons. Cute! Glad tomorrow is more sandal weather so I can show off your work. ‘Course that was Ballard Time, before you finished up all that work you’ve been putting off. :)

Yes! You’re absolutely right. Toni’s were the rage for home perms. I got Tonettes! For little girls.
However, Ain’t nobody gonna get a weekly perm. That’s short for permanent wave. Which made straight hair curly or at least wavey.
If they were getting a color rinse in their hair weekly, that would be something else.
Wow, that is pretty early to start graying. When I was a senior in high school I bleached my hair a peachy blond color.

Oops…. first I was posting too late on yesterday… didn’t even realise it was after 11….
Then I got a phone call and didn’t get a chance to come here…
So now I’m waiting for Ballard Movers and Shaker Furniture to help me move a couple of comments over to today…
It’s hard to pack up the formatting and put in down in a new place…

Essex, I agree. Prettiest ride ever, the Hawk, and I’d rather have a ‘57 Silver than another year’s Golden.
In fact there was a beautiful red Silver Hawk that was almost my 1st pick….
till I realised I was just enchanted by the color, when other cars closer to my dream were right there.
