    Gotta wonder, if he wants to make a good impression on her, why did he invite her over for dinner with Tía Carmen’s lengua casserole? That would surly chase her away!

    After seeing what are the common ingredients of lengua, I probably could give it a chance with 2 conditions. One, I would have to be very hungry. Second, you do not tell me what it is untill I have eaten it and had a chance to let some of it to digest.

    Tongue is a muscle too as is the heart but some people psychologically can’t handle it. Though eating skeletal muscles is okay.
