Baldo is our first comic strip that features Latino characters and themes. Baldo lives with his parents and works at Auto Y Rod, Inc., selling car parts. Through his daily exploits in the world of girls, cars, and little sisters, readers will learn just how well they can identify with this teen. Writer Hector Cantú and artist Carlos Castellanos have given us a comic strip whose warmth and gentle humor will appeal to all.

Saw an episode, thought mom looked like an over-indulged Yogi Bear, and shut off the tv. Not my cup of tea.

I’m one up on you. I don’t even know the NAMES of reality shows.

You can waste a lot of time getting caught up in reality shows.

And in 20 years you’ll never miss them either. Now Mr. Ed, that I miss.

Reality shows, aren’t. Family programing, isn’t. News needs to be fact checked. TV, sucking the life out of too many of us daily.

Somebody once said how observing things can change them etc. These ‘reality’ show people know they are being filmed.
Candid Camera and such hidden camera shows are thus more real as subjects don’t know they are being filmed. Though a few do catch on once in a while. But even these shows are not truly ‘real’ as the situation/gag is set up.
A true reality show would be setting up a hidden camera and just turning it on. Probably would be boring though.

I think Cspan did that with Congress. And yes, it can be boring…but eye opening, too.
