Baldo is our first comic strip that features Latino characters and themes. Baldo lives with his parents and works at Auto Y Rod, Inc., selling car parts. Through his daily exploits in the world of girls, cars, and little sisters, readers will learn just how well they can identify with this teen. Writer Hector Cantú and artist Carlos Castellanos have given us a comic strip whose warmth and gentle humor will appeal to all.

There is a reporter/anchor at 6abc (WPVI-TV) in Philadelphia who also has very captivating eyes. However, Erin O’Hearn is happily-married.

I’ve been reading this strip for years, and this is the first time it’s entered the realm of science fiction. So much for reality based humor. I can’t wait for the appearance of visitors from planet Mongo. The remote controlled robotic unit makes more sense in the crude form it was portrayed in “The Big Bang Theory”. I find it very hard to accept it in a “public school” environment.

Hey Zaphod, this isn’t sci-fi. Already used in classrooms. Here is a link. http://www.ericsson.com/thinkingahead/the-networked-society-blog/2012/06/14/the-vgo-robot-a-hero-to-homebound-students/
