Baldo is our first comic strip that features Latino characters and themes. Baldo lives with his parents and works at Auto Y Rod, Inc., selling car parts. Through his daily exploits in the world of girls, cars, and little sisters, readers will learn just how well they can identify with this teen. Writer Hector Cantú and artist Carlos Castellanos have given us a comic strip whose warmth and gentle humor will appeal to all.

Some of those costumes can be pretty hot
Several years ago on Halloween I saw 4 women between the ages of 30 an 40 wearing super women costumes and they all looked great
I was on a date, otherwise I would certainly have introduced myself to them
Had I known how that relationship was going to turn out, I would have anyway

Dad’s a joker, but he’s kind of hoping it works out. Light up the Bat Signal, and send Robin to the movies.

Dad’s got the right idea. And kids are behaving properly too, per the ingrained taboo…GROW UP BOYS AND GET IT! Validate your parents’ aliveness…you’ll see…it’s a vote for yourself, too…

And yeah, go to the movies or make up a two-day camping trip for yourselves…you’ll find your parents will be easier to deal with after a weekend of rooting out crime…

That is so retro. With the latest movie, you would think they want the Cat women costume.

I notice that nowadays, on Halloween the women’s costumes get skimpier and skimpier.
Not a complaint, just an observation. Which requires more observation…

As someone who ends up looking through those Halloween costumes to get something for my preschool daughter, I very definitely complain about the skimpy women’s, teen’s, children’s, and infant’s costumes. Not that the everyday clothing selection is much better. The shorts won’t even cover her undies!

I’ve found good luck with spring/fall shorts from Gymboree and Carters. But my daughter has the curse of tall and skinny so she’s sz. 5-6 in hight and 2-3T in the waist. It’s gotten to where grandma and I make her dresses and skirts .
