Happens to me all the time when I watch TV.
I’m on the go all the time, even multitasking now.
When I stop doing, I get sleepy.

The state PBS affiliate has a BBC comedy, “Last of the Summer Wine,” on Mon-Thu nights at 11:00 Pm.

Lately, I sometimes need to sit up to keep myself awake to watch it on my living room TV.

But, the problem is that when I go to bed while I am in a dozy state, it takes me a while to actually fall asleep.

The voice of the host of Sabado Gigante, Don Franciso, reminds me of voice of the announcer on the old daytime TV show, “Queen for a Day.” His name was Gene Baker. Jack Baily was the host.
