Baldo is our first comic strip that features Latino characters and themes. Baldo lives with his parents and works at Auto Y Rod, Inc., selling car parts. Through his daily exploits in the world of girls, cars, and little sisters, readers will learn just how well they can identify with this teen. Writer Hector Cantú and artist Carlos Castellanos have given us a comic strip whose warmth and gentle humor will appeal to all.

He drove them crazy, yet they are sad to see him go. They have good hearts.

it’s more pity than sadness to see him go, joe was a boob and that’s too bad for him.

No matter how irritating someone is, an end is still sort of hard.

Does he at least get to keep the shirt?
Gweedo Murray said, 7 months ago
They probably have that deducted from their first paycheck.

I think Baldo will now realise that Joey did more than he saw. Will he run into the situation that his fellow employees will think he is lazy when they are carring boxes and he is sitting at the computer doing orders? This might be a good lesson for him.

I don’t think it is actually sadness, just a feeling of being underwhelmed.

Of course they’re sad to see him go. Even though he was a slacker, he was still their friend. They’re probably wondering if he’s going to be okay.

They’re just sad because now that Baldo is assistant manager it’s sexual harassment if they start dating.

Even tho you feel bad, don’t fall for it, Baldo! Joey’s a con man. He was given a chance to succeed and he blew it. We can only hope he will learn from this experience.

Time to get your SHINE on Baldo!!…Joey’s window of opportunity was opened and he let it slam…though you may feel bad for him, take advantage of your opportunity….who knows?…you may be in a position to hire him back one day.
