    Well, considering that US media are expected to be “in tank” for Democratic Party (and POTUS 0’bama), analogous to India’s President being basically a tool of the PM–well, their need for intelligence also matches (a standing joke since 1969 is that Indian President only needs working, printable, right thumb).
