Baldo is our first comic strip that features Latino characters and themes. Baldo lives with his parents and works at Auto Y Rod, Inc., selling car parts. Through his daily exploits in the world of girls, cars, and little sisters, readers will learn just how well they can identify with this teen. Writer Hector Cantú and artist Carlos Castellanos have given us a comic strip whose warmth and gentle humor will appeal to all.

The real loss is nighttime trick-or-treating.

We had a neighbor who owned a bakery, the treats were incredible. Nowadays parents would throw those fresh baked yummies away. Sad.

I will not have the treat or trick candies on Halloween because I will not waste my money to buy the candies. I need my money for my bills to pay. :-\

We had a neighbor that would give out small bags of popcorn. We loved them. My Mom set out a bushel of apples when we weren’t home one year, so that the kids could help themselves.
