    The employee was real ,but he out sourced his work ,cheaper than what Verizon was paying him ! PS he got rave reviews for his out sourced worked ! hahaha

    I think that would be ‘faxing’.
    What I had in mind was something like, “Maintaining a pseudo-relationship with obsolete office machines using miniature thumb-activated telephone keyboards”.
