   That “twinkie” is a giant inflatable plug for sealing subway tunnels. Unfortunately for New York, only the one prototype was made, and it’s at the Pacific Northwest National Lab.

   It’s been widely reported, but I do not know if it is true, that Texas wants to Secede and if it does, Austin (the capital) wants to secede from Texas. Think about it, the capital thinks its own state is a bunch of nut jobs. I say buhbye, maybe then our educational system will get some real information in its textbooks, not what the Texas Board of Education approves.

   Technically Texas is the only State in the Union that can secede. But I don’t think it’s going to happen because there’s too much political money involved and The Corporate States of America won’t to let that to happen.

    Technically all Texas can do is to split up into as many as 5 states but not secede. That is a myth.

    Bailey and Trusted Mechanic: I tried in 2010, but the Dalla Snoose claimed I wasn’t running (and wouldn’t correct it), and no mass medium would admit that I was. I still 7,411 votes from those surprised when they read the ballot.
