    Something to do with the cheese melting in the heat?

    I don’t hate cheese, I just don’t like it….I don’t know why….But because it’s not a part of my diet, I get to drink whole milk, (4%!) and eat real butter on my baked potato………

    Probably something about the whole controlled rotting thing you find unappealing.

    I think he is talking about the fact that most people eat outside in the summer and that makes it the perfect time for smelly goat cheese.
    At least that is my take on it.

    I agree w Kirby_Dots. If January was Stinky Cheese Month, domestic violence might spike.

    Without controlled rotting we would not have bread, pickles, alcoholic beverages, frozen yogurt, or soy, Tabasco, or Worcestershire sauces, among other tasty (and/or stinky) things.

    I assume the gag is that it melted in the hot sun, so they didn’t have to use any appliances to turn it into dip.

    Because one should eat cheese only in a month with two U’s in it.

    Don’t know why they make such a deal about National Goat Cheese Month. Only a very few get to taste cheese from the National Goat.

    @MeGoNow

    Cheese made from the whole National Goat?
    I’d like to think they only use its milk.

    @GR6

    Hate to break it to you, but a female goat is a nanny. A female sheep is a ewe (U in your comment). If I misinterpreted the U in your comment, I apologize.
