    My sister and I would have contests to see how long the cat and the cockatiel would keep yawning as we yawned at them. The cat would last for about three, but the bird won/lost at fifteen straight one time.

    This strip still has its moments, when I can understand it, which is maybe 60% of the time. Time to bring back Gene and family to liven up a slow time.

    Double- I agree completely. Some weeks it seems like any thought that flits through his head makes a strip. The best recent strips were with Gene and the girls.

    i agree with je40 and doublepaw that the strip is in danger of needing a handicap sticker because it’s gotten so lame. bring back Gene, ML and Shrimp!
