Wait, doesn’t everybody go for walks with their cats? They love to go for walks, they will show you all their secret little places, with pride..We walk up the road (No traffic at all.) and then come back through the woods…They love it. Seriously, if you don’t give a cat a chance to show you where they go when they go out, you’re missing half of their life…Go for a walk with them…

Since we moved and there are no snakes, coyotes or other evil things that will do away with cats, ours is living the life of Riley. He goes far and wide and is loving life.

When I lived in Southern Indiana, my cats John Calvin and John Locke would take me for longs walks up the abandoned CSX trackway.

Does this mean Luddie has a second home/family?!! Is he a bigamist?!

We used to have a cat that liked to go for “walks”, but he would race around, then come sit on your feet and wait to be carried. When he started to wiggle, we’d put him down and it would start again.

Easy to track in a light snow.

He is looking for the Door Into Summer…

We used to have a cat that would demand to be let out the back door, see it was raining and cold and run to the front door and then the side door only to see it was raining there, too. I guess she was looking for the door into summer.

Today’s strip reminded me of our old Labrador, Allie. She would sneak out of the yard and roam the neighborhood until her nose found someone either cooking or eating. Then sit by their door, pretend to be lost, and beg for a handout.

It’s a brave kitty who’ll actually put his warm furry feet into that cold wet white stuff.

Gotta be careful with your spelling, wouldn’t want to wok your dog by mistake…

I wish HERMAN had comments. When I don’t “get” ARLO I can always come here for interpretation.

The songbird population, especially the ground dwellers, would rebound if everybody kept their cats indoors.

Our kitties our house cats only! Way too many coyotes and feral cats around us!

Is it their own front door, or is Loodie double-dipping at the neighbor’s.
