   Have you ever watched the new network, Antenna TV? They broadcast classic shows on subchannels of local broadcast stations. They are also carried on many cable networks.

   A few years ago I got tired of 120 channels to watch and nothing worth my time so, I got rid of the cable and put an antenna back on my roof. Now I have about 20 channels to watch and there is actually more I like( like antenna TV, myTV, etc.). I’m saving more than $100/mo.- you can buy something with that! GEE1A- you are right-what ever happened to writing and acting? Most of the “shows” on today seem to be written by and for 8 year olds!

    I don’t think it’s gotten any worse, though. We remember only the good shows from the past while forgetting that Sturgeon’s Law goes back to 1958.

    We watched The Middle last night, too; I first remember Jerry as Stacey Petrie, Rob’s brother, on a few episodes of The Dick Van Dyke Show.

    I’m getting a lot more sleep now and reading more too, because I only have an antenna now. If it’s free you don’t feel pressured to watch that junk.
