I hate to break the news to you, but this strip is pure fiction. Intelligence experts everywhere, including the CIA, repeatedly tell us that torture is a poor way of getting information from prisoners. The victims will say anything they think their torturers want to hear to get them to stop the torture.

It’s the threat of torture that has the better chance of working, such as playing a recording of dogs mauling another prisoner.

Torture? Then don’t expect any right answers.

The US still engages in torture right here in every prison.

The ACLU will do their level best to defend you. Not a bad thing.

The way I see it, Punjab shows up to Jab some puns and that creepy Asp is turned loose to get up to whatever it is he does.. Left alone, the pig Warbucks is quickly sent to his reward by paralytic poison and dog attack. Then Annie and Capt. Santiago fly away after leaning that orange is the new black. The end. Arf!
