Most small planes don’t have transponders including this one - and that is one of the things (also incompetent and mostly amateur pilots)
that make them dangerous near urban populations. That’s why no one knows where he is.

light the plane on fire you dolt. or have it prepared to be lit quickly if you see a plane fly overhead. your not th only person who flew over this place.
