“Annie and the Orphans.”
Sounds like the name of a bad rock band.

This is where Sandy’s trainer asks the street gang girls if they have a valid drivers license.

Does anyone beside me feel sorry for the gang girls?
Hanging with Annie can be hazardous to your health.

The sheriff and people in this town are going after kids who go dumpster diving for food? There are some real bozos.

this strip is just first rate..the art is fantastic. ted slampyak is among the best cartoonists we have and the jay maeder’s plots are always interesting and have lots of cool twists, adventures and subplots in far off exotic locales.

Charlie, I thought the same thing several days ago. Good thing she’s a tough kid.

“Sheriff Nabbem”? Didn’t he used to be in “Dick Tracy” a few years ago?
AKHenderson said, 6 months ago
Nabbem reminds me a bit of someone else.

Since when is eating a discarded foot long sandwich from a dumpster against the law? Guess it’s time to crack down on these vicious scoff-laws. Forget the drug dealers and armed robbers…go get ‘em Barney Fife!

How can Annie escape? The whole point is there’s no way out of the back from within. What kind of two bit town can’t even buy a decent patrol car?
Once in the trash, it’s fair game. You relinquish all rights upon throwing stuff out. The girls have every right to dumpster dive.

Not all the comics are printed on Sunday. Some are weekly, some are Mon-Sat. If it’s a day your comic isnt printed it won’t show up.
